Step-by-step porting process

Provide ABN/ACN, proof of authority (e.g., director ID), and a recent bill or account reference from the current provider. For VoIP or fixed-line, also include account numbers and service addresses.

We submit the Porting Authorisation Request (PAR) to your current carrier. Confirmation and timing depend on the losing carrier and number type.

Once approved, we schedule a cutover window. We test calls and messaging, and provide support for DNS/VoIP reconfiguration if needed.

If porting fails due to mismatched details, we'll guide you through rectifying the record with the losing carrier.
